Information about the subject of personal data

1) The personal data you have provided to ROGEL Ltd. / BIJUCVETE Ltd. are processed only for the purposes of the services and goods provided in the e-shop //bartumbler.com, in accordance with the requirements of ZEDEUU, the current regulations and the based article 6, para 1, letter “b” and “c” of Regulation 2016/679 of the EP (GDPR).

As an administrator of your personal data ROGEL Ltd. / BIJUCVETE Ltd., undertakes:

To create, maintain and archive all information related to the order / purchase of goods from e-shops by each registered user in electronic form;

4) You have the right to require ROGEL Ltd. / BIJUCVETE Ltd. to delete your personal data without undue delay and this will be done by ROGEL Ltd. / BIJUCVETE Ltd. if the conditions of Article 17 of Regulation 2016/679 of the EP are applicable.

5) You have the right to receive your personal data in the appropriate order and upon request, as indicated in item 9 below.

6) You have the right to portability for your personal data, if applicable, according to Article 20 of Regulation 2016/679 of the EP.

7) You have the right to be notified of the corrections, deletions or restrictions in the processing of your personal data initiated by ROGEL Ltd. / BIJUCVETE Ltd., initiated by ROGEL Ltd. / BIJUCVETE Ltd., if you explicitly request this.
