Delivery & Payment
1. DELIVERY
1.1. FREE delivery applies to orders over BGN 150.00 and weighing up to 3 kg on the territory of Bulgaria.
1.2. Delivery for orders under BGN 150.00 is at a price of BGN 7.20 for the whole country: to an address or office to an Speedy / Econt Express.
1.3. For orders below BGN 12.00, an additional processing fee of BGN 8.00 applies, as well as the delivery price of BGN 7.20 (If there are products worth BGN 6.00 in your basket, an additional BGN 8.00 for processing and BGN 7.20 for delivery will be calculated in the final payment amount, i.e. you will have to pay a total of BGN 21.20).
You can pick up the ordered products from our showroom. We will contact you to specify a day for receiving the order.
Deliveries of orders weighing more than 1 kg are priced according to the courier's tariff.
Before sending the order, our employee will contact you by phone to confirm and clarify the address and the delivery price, if one has not been calculated.
2. DEADLINE for processing and delivery
2.1. Deliveries are made within 2 working days, depending on when the order is placed and what the delivery schedule of the courier company is (deliveries in small towns are made on Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Orders placed before 12pm are delivered the next working day.2.2 The delivery time may be extended on weekends and public holidays.*
*In pre-holiday days, the delivery time may be extended due to the workload of the courier companies.
2.3. Any order placed on a working day between 00:00 and 15:00 starts processing within the same working day.
2.4. An order placed on a business day after 3:00 PM starts processing the next business day after 10:00 AM.
2.5. An order placed after 15:00 on a Friday (or on the last working day before a series of holidays) begins to be processed after 10:00 on a Monday (or on the first possible working day).
2.6. Orders placed outside of processing hours containing duplicate products with limited availability may be out of stock. In this case, the orders are executed according to the order and number of their receipt.
2.7. All deliveries are subject to payment agreement. If an item is temporarily out of stock and delivery is expected to take more than four days, we will contact you by email or telephone to arrange another delivery date, and if you are not satisfied with this, we will issue a refund. We are not responsible for any damage you suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

3. OVERVIEW OPTION
Each order is delivered with the REVIEW option, which allows you to view the received item in the presence of the courier and make a choice at the moment whether to keep or return the product. In case the product is broken or damaged at the time of delivery, it is necessary to inform the courier.
4. RETURN POLICY
Within 14 days from the date of delivery, you have the right to return your purchase at your expense, and we will replace the product with another of your choice or refund payment. We will be grateful if you share with us the reason for your decision! In order to exercise your right of return, you need to inform us with a short message to email: office@rogel.biz or tel. +359885 177 786. The product must be returned in perfect commercial condition and in the original packaging in which it was delivered together with the accompanying documents and certificates. When returning an order, we will refund the value of the returned item by bank transfer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and review of the correctness of the returned product. The transport costs of the returned product are at the expense of the customer.
5. PAYMENT
5.1. Payment upon delivery by postal money order.
5.2. Payment with Visa / Mastercard card via My POS card payment module.
